Zach is the Founder and CEO at Neue Urban, a data driven real estate investment and private equity platform. He is noted for his experience in both the real estate investment world, as well as a leader in the PropTech space within New York. Ehrlich began his career on the acquisitions side of DDG, later overseeing the product development, sales and marketing of over $1 billion of luxury real estate in New York and San Francisco. Zach holds a B.A. from New York University in Real Estate and Urban Economics.

Harris is responsible for overseeing development as well as supporting the acquisition side of the business. Prior to NU, Harris worked as an Associate at 1100 Architect and is licensed to practice in NY. Harris holds a M.S. Real Estate Development from the Schack Institute at NYU as well as a B.A. in Architecture (BArch) from Carnegie Mellon University.

David plays a key role in overseeing development and supporting the acquisition side of the business at NU. Previously, David worked as an Analyst at Mexico Telecom Partners, Where he successfully managed and grew over $2 billion USD (AUM). David is pursuing an M.S. in Real Estate Development from the Schack Institute at NYU and has a B.A. in Finance from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.

Miki supports acquisitions and development at NU, focusing on underwriting and market analysis. Before joining NU, she was a Registered Architect at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), where she contributed to large-scale mixed-use developments, including the Western Rail Yards featuring 1,700 hotel rooms, and over 80,000 SF of condo design in the Upper East Side. Miki holds an M.S. in Real Estate from the Schack Institute at NYU and a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a certified LEED AP BD+C professional and an active member of ULI, CREW NY, and AIA New York.

Bachelors from NYU in Economics, previously with China Orient Asset Management, as well as an Acquisitions Analyst at Windermere Real Estate in Seattle.

Simon is responsible for deal origination and broker relations. He was previously an Appraisal Analyst at Rosen & Associates. Simon holds a BA in Economics from Baruch College.

Victor holds an MS in Business Analytics and Database Management from Baruch College. Victor has honed his skills and time at B6 in programming and data analysis, applying these skills across a range of interdisciplinary projects around real estate data.
